I know it sounds dumb. I mean how can you think positive when you hurt, your behind on your bills, you have doctors breathing down your neck and its yet again time to take meds.
Your mental health and physical health though has a direct bearing on how you think. I used to think “why should I care about how I think”. I didnt realize how my failure to put out positive thoughts actually impacted my negative thoughts.
There is so much to do to take care of yourself. Eat right, take vitamins, drink plenty of water, just dont forget to think positive thoughts. I dont mean sappy and corny, I just mean to look at things differently and you might be surprised.
